How does it work?

Here I will explain the general commission process to take any doubts you may have.
If you already have read everything you can go straight to the bottom of the page for the form link.

  • First of all thank you for having interest in my work!

  • It is recommended to read the Terms of Service first before you fill in the form.

  • Submit your request by filling out the -form-

  • After that I will contact you and ask more about your project, references and vision. This is necessary to ensure you will receive the best result for you!

  • With all the information I will get back to you shortly to give a total estimate of price and deadline. Adding to that I will provide clarification on what you will receive.

  • If both parties agree on the terms a minimum of 50% of the full price upfront payment is required.

  • Once the payment is received. The work on you project will be started.

  • You will receive a work in progress update of the blockout. At this stage you will have a free revision and I will make changes accordingly.

  • Major revisions at a later stage require an extra fee. Regardless of that you will receive updates when milestones are reached.

  • Don't hesitate to ask for updates throughout the whole process. I will try to be as transparent as possible! Once the model/drawing is done, I will send a request for the rest of the payment. With that you will receive all items agreed upon.

  • Even after receiving all items and payment is done, you can still reach out to me if you are not 100% happy with the results! We can discuss further how to solve the problem. Your needs shall be heard. Happy Client = Happy me :]

Terms of Service

  • Payment must be done through Paypal's Invoice system in € currency, if you're not aware of how it works, please send me a message and I'll be more than happy to oblige in letting you know how it works!

  • Commissions are for personal use only unless otherwise discussed.

  • The received items are not permitted to be used for financial gain or further distribution. As well as the right to reproduce them for comercial purposes is not transfered to the client.

  • I reserve the full rights on the commissioned items. They may be displayed on my social media and/or portfolio. Commission can be NDA approved. However the price will be adjusted accordingly. Be aware I might stream the process live on Twitch.

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission requests.

  • Full refunds are allowed before I start on the project or due to cancellation on my part. Once the project is started or finished, I fully reserve the rights to refuse any kind of refunds.

  • Paying the commision invoice means you automatically agreed to all Rules and Terms of Service listed here.
